A representation of their passion, ethos cultural experiences and brewing philosophies, Sobremesa Fermentary & Blendery is a project that explores a love for farmhouse ales that are fermentation driven, nuanced and highly drinkable. Local ingredients, rustic traditions and agriculturally focused.
Casey (brewer) grew up in Marlborough, New Zealand surrounded by vineyards, wine, music and Mum's famous cooking. Although unlikely at first it was no surprise he ended up in this industry. Hannah (marketing) is a respected nurse and graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing 6 years ago from Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand. Throughout her nursing career, she has developed a strong passion for holistic health and wellbeing, sustainability, meditation, and mindfulness.
