About the maker

Genna and Katrina are two women with a love for the long road and a good tipple. With years of experience in herbal medicine and fermenting practice, puts them in perfect stead to make delicious wholesome tonics.

The ladies are making shrubs and tonics with the growers of the Northern Rivers and wish to tell a story with traditional foods because of the incredible taste, how they make you feel and the positive environmental impact.
Everything is made the old fashioned way, slow fermented and unpasteurised at the Lovemore Fermentary in Lismore, in Northern New South Wales, Australia.
