The Monceau team make insanely delicious, low-alcohol bottle fermented kombucha pét-nats. The Fuji Apple Pét-Nat Kombucha was developed and refined over 2 years. The flavour profile continues to evolve as the seasons and apples change. The Fuji Apple flavour uses Fujis from West Gippsland in Victoria. They have milder tannin and acidity levels, with a healthy sweetness that drives fermentation. 1.5% abv.  Recommended only for travelling short distances in warmer temperatures as Kombucha will continue to ferment.

We all know how the craze for Pét-nats has gone, we also know how freakin good Kombucha is. Monceau have combined the two for this new low-alcohol hybrid. All natural (no artificial colours, preservatives or flavours) and most importantly. Bottle fermented. The flavours complex, dry and so so delicious. No over yeasty after taste.
