Kombu Kombucha are our local 'buch house. Born out of a love for flavour, fermentation and creativity of Dave the founder.
Kombu has a big personality. Like really big. And equally large flavours to match. Handcrafted by brewing a giant pot of organic sweet tea, adding beneficial yeast & bacteria in the form of a S.C.O.B.Y. (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria & Yeast), they then wait for the magic fermentation process to happen.
