Sheep farmers turned part-time (now very much full time) distillers, Hartshorn took a sustainable hobby and turned it into a global winning vodka.
At their core, Hartshorn tend to sheep in a completely organic and sustainable method by working with the native elements of their Australian landscape, making beautiful cheeses and milks. Ryan has never been one to throw away the sheep whey down the drain and one day decided to have a crack at converting it into alcohol. Whilst most distilleries triple distill to hide their bases, Ryan does the opposite, double distilling to allow the natural aromas and creamy characteristics to travel through. In 2018 Hartshorn Distillery took out World's Best Vodka in at the World Vodka Awards and World's best varietal of Australia vodka three years running.See the Hartshorn collection here
