About the maker

Ngeringa is one of Australia's original certified biodynamic and vineyards, situated on the slopes of Mount Barker summit in the Adelaide Hills.

Having been educated at a Rudolf Steiner (the father of biodynamics) Erinn Klein and Janet Klein farm an array of oils, cereals, fruits and vegetables, not to mention grapes. Their regenerative and biodynamic principles have been at play there since the 1980s and the farm is full of energy, life and natural vitality. The wines are pure and clean as one can imagine. Each wine has its own characteristics, but you can notice a strong underlying and common thread of a sense of place as you move through each wine. We are just in love with these guys. One of the pioneers of great organic and clean wine in Australia.
