This is your perfect entry-level skin contact. Crunchy, light with a gentle spritz  almost sparkling upon opening. Earthy quince and spiced aromas. Seriously delicious. A blend of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Riesling fermented on skins in Italian concrete for seven months. Pressed in October, settled in Tava amphora for another 5 months and then bottled unfiltered.

About the maker

Bryan Martin has had the most challenging year of his career, having lost 100% of his fruit to smoke taint in the summer of 19/20.

Ravensworth began its journey in 2001 which was and continues to be a family affair even now, with life-shackled-partners Bryan and Jocelyn Martin teaming up with the brother David Martin. Their own vineyard is situated in the bosom of the Murrumbateman wine country, just north of Canberra in the ACT, with the overarching principles of natural forestry. The wines are always incredibly complex and refined. With extreme attention to detail that pokes through in every single wine.
