Purchased and started by the Carretti family in 1989, Podere Pradarolo of Parma has become a vineyard focused on the preservation of biodiversity and making wines with no preservatives thanks to long periods of maceration.
The wines have gradually become distinct for their incredible floral aromas and bouqet of fruits as you drink them. The experience in winemaking, healthy cultivation of fruits and stylistic choices of the winery make for delicious natural wines that are of exceptional value for the complexity and substance in each bottle.
