About the maker
Danila and Adriano Zago's story is quite special. Their desire is not just to make beautiful and careful wine, but create a multi-functional biodynamic agricultural farm with production , educational, recreational , artistic and treatment activities for human and environment welfare.
They primarily farm three biodynamic vines , Albana, and two Barbera. Both are indigenous to the surrounding valley and were restored having been grown and managed by their grandparents. The focus is to let the grapes ripe, be healthy and vital . In the cellar they are completely hands off. They do not use yeasts or sulfur dioxide in wine-making, no acid, preservatives or any additives.See the Al di la del Fiume collection here
