About the maker
Ajola is the brain child of Jacopo and Trisha (Gazetta), o a small restored plot located between Lazio and Umbria, in the hills of Orvieto and Bolsena.
The wines are made in the most simple, rustic and easy drinking fashion. Following those who have worked the land in a certain way for centuries, taking inspiration from various and diverse agricultural practices and applying them to form a unique little agro ecosystem. In the cellar nothing is added to wines nor taken away. The wines are very distinctive of rustic and earthy Lazio. Full of flavour, grip and energy.See the Ajola collection here
