About the maker
A short drive from Valencia, you move from the flat coastal country to large hills and forest, there you will find the small but culturally rich farm of Vicent Tomas.
From making wine for only family and friends 20 years ago, Vicent decided that he liked the wine enough to continue growing his production, but naturally. A way that was sustainable growth without the need for chemical intervention in the field as he does with all olives, animals and vegetables on the farm. Still, by global standards, a micro-production, the 2.5 hectares sits on lovely white, fresh 'albaris' which is conducive for amazing vineyard growth.See the Tomas Torres collection here
