2018 Geyer Wine Co Chenin Blanc

Barossa Valley, South Australia

Made from vines around 100 years old in the Barossa comes this feather light skinsy Chenin Blanc. Serious chamomile tea feel to it and sitting at only 9.5%. Complete precision and elegance throughout. The Chenin is kept for two days on skins before being transferred to two hogs head to rest. It's then kept on lees for a period to build texture and complexity throughout. This wine should be synonymous with warm weather which would work with or without a snack.
