Queue up peeps. Frank Cornelissen is back. The Munjebel Bianco is a light skin contact Etna juice made from a blend of his Grecanico and Carricante grapes from 40 year old + vines grown in the volcanic soil of Etna. The wine is macerated on the skins for 4 days, resulting in a 'combination of density as well as elegance', creating a fresh and fine minerality with ripe yellow fruit, ginger and undergrowth. Perfectly suited for summer fish or white meat meals.

About the maker

Since a young age Frank Cornelissen was hooked on wines. He was infatuated by wines that were culturally driven, but even more so, wines that were an expression of the soil. Due to some warranted publicity by Action Bronson, Frank's Susucaru wines have now exploded in popularity around the world.

"Our farming philosophy is based on our acceptance of the fact that man will never be able to understand nature’s full complexity and interactions. We therefore choose to concentrate on observing and learning the movements of Mother Earth in her various energetic and cosmic passages and prefer to follow her indications as to what to do, instead of deciding ourselves. Consequently this has taken us to avoiding all possible interventions on the land we cultivate, including any treatments, whether chemical, organic, or biodynamic, as these are all a mere reflection of the inability of man to accept nature as she is and will be.
