Filippo Manetti, manages a tiny 3 hectares of vines on the hills of the medieval village of Brisighella, having built his own home and farmhouse in an old church.
Filippo's wines have incredible soul to them. A lot of large cooperatives in the region often end up making wines that lack a lot of identity, but not Filippo's. Constantly evolving in the glass, his use of indigenous varietals like Albana and Campaglione Trebbiano, sing a different language.
