Charlie O’Brien and Simon Jones decided one day to set out and create a fun label that spoke to people instantly, choosing a name that played on the mid 80s and early 90s underground cultural movement.
Sourcing organic and biodynamic grapes from the Central Ranges in New South Wales, Chateau Acid is a partnership that captures the passion of two good mates. Charlie also produces some pretty cool music, DJs regularly in Sydney and casually runs a non-for-profit called Heaps Decent that engages young people through music. What started as a 650 bottle first vintage, is now growing and improving with the 2018 release of the bianco, rosé and red.See the Chateau Acid collection here
