Tommy Shobbrook, leading the charge for Shobbrook wines which encapsulates Tommy Ruff has a profound respect for nature and the earth, without being a hippy.
After studying agricultural science and spending time with an esteemed producer in Italy, Tommy came back to Australia and decided to continue to pursue different agricultural and winemaking methods. This involves biodynamic viticulture and minimal intervention (or natural) winemaking. The family vineyard is in Seppeltsfield, South Australia but from 2019 they will be using fruit harvest in the Flaxman Valley.See the Tommy Ruff collection here
