About the maker
Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon are two young, but rapidly rising superstars of the Jura. Their Ploussard is light and delicious, their whites, fun, tasty and a breath of fresh air.
Renaud and Adeline have a modest 4.5 hectares of low-yielding vines, so their production is minute. Like Alice Bouvot (l'Octavin) there are more and more young vignerons flocking to the area, with a brand new style and natural winemaking approach taken. Their reds are light, elegant and delicate and their whites, fresh, tasty and oxidised. These are wines that you will struggle to compare to anything you may have touched previously.See the Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon collection here
