About the maker
What happens when an Italian veterinarian and pharmacist decide to make wine? Two mates who didn't know much about grape cultivation or winemaking took a huge leap of faith.
From the outset, before they had even begun learning the ins and outs of cultivation and winemaking, both Enrico and Andrea knew they wanted grapes that were grown chemically-free and wines that were genuine and easy to digest. The work they do in the cellar is precise and thought out, carefully selecting the grapes they want to use and manual destemming to achieve a more cleanliness and elegance throughout. They use mainly indigenous grapes Vespaiola and Groppello to produce these fun, easy and light-hearted drops.See the Il Moralizzatore collection here
