Dom Smith is the man with a shed in McLaren Vale who is making delicious, easygoing wines that toes the line between nouveau and classic.
Growing up in Mt Gambier and then moving to Victoria to study teaching, Dom couldn't get the idea of making wine out of his mind. After taking a risk and making his own wine at his new-found home in Adelaide, he decided to join a couple of more experience makers for some vintages.
