After many of great NYC deli and restaurant chilli honey experiences, James and his brother were baffled why nothing like it existed here.
Returning after living overseas, they decided it was time to have a play around with a few batches. With honey sourced from James's father in-laws hives and then infused with Habanero chilli for the perfect balance between hot and steamy, they have made this pocket drizzle that will amplify any pizza, cheese, gelato, fried chicken or anything really.
