Put simply Uffe makes wine out of shed in McLaren Vale, South Australia. He produces natural wines from around the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale using fruit from eco sustainable vineyards, natural fermentation, no additives and minimal use of sulphur. The wines are electric. Uffe is a humble dude doing wild things in the shed. He's even garnered international demand already with a pretty hot chef snapping up most of one of his release's.
