We love all the things about Arianna’s wines. At the heart of course is the fruit; native varietals, farmed organically on selected sites. The Occhipinti wines have quickly come to define modern Mt Etna, being labelled by some critics as ‘the future of Sicilian winemaking’. Pure, perhaps rustic, her wines are distinct examples of careful yet minimal handling allowing diaphanous expression of the site from which they come.
