Inspired by the love his parents had for each other and their children, Micah named Defialy after their acronym that is 'don't ever forget I'll always love you'.
After a decent 20 year stint as a premium butcher, Micah has a love of great produce, the land and the people that it speaks of. Beautiful simplicity.
