Often referred to as the 'original basket rangers' (Basket Range in South Australia), Phillip Broderick and his wife Mary have been growing Bordeaux varietals since the 1980s. The wines are always tasty and well received.
The family vineyard if focused mainly on Bordeaux varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Saperavi and Chardonnay. The sons of Phillip, Louis and Sholto have also taken on winemaking, introducing and building upon organic practices across the vineyard. These wines are always tasty and well received by wine lovers.
