About the maker
Quebecois Emelie and Alsace born Raphael met in the Auvergne and together, in 2017, began their own winemaking journey and venture in Beaujolais.
Their 9ha of Gamay vines range from 25-90 years old with each parcel being treated according to it's own sense of individuality and character. Whole bunch ferments balances the vintage's tannin, producing a wine structured enough to pair with food, but fresh enough to drink in the park. Some of their wines also incorporate sterilised recycled traditional Beaujolais 1L bottles that you may notice from the stars featured on there.See the Raphael Beysang and Emelie Hurtubise Paltieres collection here
